Overview
AIVerse Hub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website when reported to our designated copyright agent.
What We Host
AIVerse Hub publishes original editorial content including AI tool reviews, comparisons, tutorials, news articles, and a glossary. We do not host or store user-uploaded content, copyrighted software, or third-party media beyond what is permissible under fair use for editorial commentary and review purposes.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on AIVerse Hub infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (3) the URL of the material on our site you claim is infringing; (4) your contact information (name, address, phone number, email); (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Send all DMCA notices by email to: dmca@aiversehub.com. Please include 'DMCA Notice' in the subject line. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours on business days and aim to resolve all valid claims within 10 business days.
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed from AIVerse Hub as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material, you may file a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the removed material and where it appeared on our site before removal; (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification; and (4) your name, address, phone number, and email address.
Repeat Infringers
AIVerse Hub has a policy of terminating access or accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. We track DMCA notices and take repeated infringement seriously.
Fair Use
Some content on AIVerse Hub may include quotations, screenshots, or brief excerpts from third-party sources for the purposes of commentary, criticism, news reporting, and review — uses that may be protected under the fair use doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107). If you believe a fair use claim is incorrect, please contact us before filing a DMCA notice so we can review the specific use and respond accordingly.
